Would you like to use e-mail to communicate with other low-income organizations, government agencies and advocacy groups but aren't sure how to go about it? It may be easier than you think.

You can take advantage of e-mail by using any of these free mail services which are supported by advertising. Here's what you need to take advantage of a free e-mail account:

If you don't have a computer, you need:

Use of a computer with Internet access via school, work, public library, community center or organization, or friends and family;

The ability to use a web-browser (a program that allows you to read documents on the world wide web, like Mozilla, Netscape or Internet Explorer); and

To create an account with any of the Free E-mail Providers listed below

If you have a computer you need access to the Internet, you need:
